Truthfully, it depends on what you want to be built and where you want it built. Everything from the materials and construction methods we use to the appliances and features you want to factor into the final price per square foot. It costs a lot more to build into the side of a mountain than it does to build on an open lot.
How long will it take to build my home?
We work with you on a personal basis to come up with a timeline and construction schedule before the building process starts to make sure you are informed during the entire process. We take into account the location as well as the style of home when developing this timeline.
